Different decision analysis tools have been formulated in an effort to assist organisationsââ¬â¢ management tea ms to be effective in their decision-making process. Some of the core decision-analysis tools identified include SMART, MAUT, AMS, and AHP. These tools are very effective in assisting decision makers to deal with complex situations. Their effectiveness arises from the view that they enable the decision maker to evaluate the various aspects that might affect their operations.
